Q. Where will the camp take place?
A. All classroom activities, unless otherwise specified in the agenda take place at the Dunn-Richmond Center, 150 East Pleasant Hill Road, Carbondale, IL. Campers stay on the Campus of Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) in a student dormitory reserved for summer camps.
Q. How do I get to the camp?
A. For driving directions to the camp please contact the Southern Illinois Entrepreneurship Center at (618) 453-3805.
Q. How should I dress for camp?
A. Please keep in mind when packing for the week that most activities will be conducted in professional offices.
Casual attire consists of appropriate shorts (mid-thigh or longer), nice jeans or khakis (no holes, waist-high), Camp CEO t-shirt, white socks, tennis shoes. No short shorts, no cutoffs, no over-exposing clothing, no midriffs, no halter tops, no tank tops and no inappropriate graphic t-shirts. Please bring comfortable (running/tennis) shoes for Casual attire days.
Business casual consists of long khaki pants, khaki skirt (knee-length or longer), belt, Camp CEO polo shirt, dark socks, brown shoes.
- Sunday: Casual attire all day.
- Monday: Business casual all day.
- Tuesday: Business casual (AM), Casual (PM).
- Wednesday: Business casual all day.
- Thursday: Business casual (AM), Casual (PM).
- Friday: Business casual all day.
Q. Items to Bring to CampCEO
A. What do I need to bring:
- Alarm clock
- Pillow
- Blanket Toiletries
- Pajamas
- Bath Towel/Wash Cloth
- Padlock (for lockable storage in the residence hall room)
- Daily change of clothing according to the dress code
- Shoes (Running/tennis shoes recommended)
- Backpack

- Khaki pants and CampCEO Polo (provided)
- Key Chain
Personal electronics (cd players, mp3 players, gaming devices, notebook computers) are the responsibility of the camper. These items can only be used during specific times at the residence halls and will not be allowed during instructional sessions, field trips and/or site visits. Electronic items must be left in the camper's room during the day and are not the responsibility of the Southern Illinois Entrepreneurship Center or its staff. The SIEC and SIUC are not responsible for damage or theft of personal property. Also campers do not need to bring large amounts of cash, all meals, snacks, drinks and necessary equipment will be provided.

Q. How much does CampCEO cost?
A. The total cost of camp is $595, which includes all meals, snacks, drinks, equipment, camp materials, instruction, transportation and lodging. Scholarships are available.
